IT Business Partner / IT Digitalization & Innovation specialist

🎯 Role Purpose:

• You will bridge the gap between technology and manufacturing. Your mission is to actively seek out opportunities to simplify, streamline, and digitalize processes within a production environment. You will design practical solutions and lead them as structured projects – in close collaboration with colleagues from IT, production, and other departments.
• Your ultimate goal: make people’s work easier and help move the company toward a smart, modern factory.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and simplification of internal processes in both production and administration.
• Lead and deliver IT/digital transformation projects from idea to implementation.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, logistics, and other departments to design practical solutions.
• Analyze internal user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor technology trends and apply relevant innovations in practice (Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, RPA, etc.).
• Actively participate in the internal IT team – sharing ideas, supporting colleagues, and fostering innovation.

✅ Candidate Requirements:
🎓 Education & Experience:

• Secondary or university degree in a technical field (e.g. IT, electrical engineering, industrial engineering).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or a company with its own production is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with project management (e.g. leading internal IT projects) – certification is not required, but practical experience is key.
• Solid understanding of digitalization principles, IT architecture, and system/data integration (e.g. MES, ERP, databases).

🛠 Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of data flows and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL).
• Nice to have: familiarity with automation, IoT, or process modeling concepts.
