Control Room Operator

• Control Room Operators (CRO) monitor a client’s high-value shipments in accordance with pre-defined service level agreements using the Risk Monitoring software platform.
• Control Room Operators generate the required documentation/reports related to the monitoring of those loads.
• Manage any incident escalations in accordance with pre-defined service level agreements.
• Adhere to all operational documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while monitoring the clients load.
